Since 1981, Griffin Thermal Products has focused on manufacturing the very best high performance aluminum heat exchangers in the industry. Team Griffin and Classic Radiator understand that a quality cooling system is critical to the consistent and reliable performance of your engine. Whatever you need - for racing, street rod, classic, muscle, exotic or late model cars & trucks - Griffin can build it to your vehicles exact specifications & requirements. Griffin is the only manufacturer that maintains templates of virtually every car and truck, year make and model. Your Griffin radiator is truly a performance radiator, not an adaptation of an OEM radiator. In most cases it is a direct fit replacement that is made to fit your vehicle. If your car came with a crossflow radiator, Griffin makes it in a crossflow. If your car came with a downflow (top & bottom tanks) Griffin makes it that way and it fits. Griffin is a true manufacturer of performance aluminum radiators. Some other companies purchase their cores from a core manufacturer and put on their own tanks. They are often limited in core design and dimensions to whatever they can purchase. Griffin manufactures their own tubes, fins, headers, side channels and tanks. By controlling every step of the manufacturing process for each component they can produce a radiator that is designed from drawing board to finished product to fit your exact application.A Griffin Radiator is more than some off the shelf, one-size-fits-all cookie cutter product. As an example, Griffin has 45 separate part numbers for a 1932 Ford in four different core thicknesses. That means 180 different possible configurations just for that one application. Nobody else even comes close to that!!!

High Performance Aluminum Radiator in a 1955 Chevy
Griffin can build an aluminum radiator or an entire cooling module for your classic car or truck. A cooling module would consist of a radiator, transmission cooler, aluminum fan shroud with one or more electric cooling fans, coolant recovery tank and radiator cap.
Here you see a 1930 Plymouth radiator that has been recored with an exact original honey-comb style core. Although very expensive, this can be done if you require an exactly restored radiator.
This is a radiator for a 1952 Oldsmobile that has been recored with a high efficiency style core. We re-used the original top tank and side straps to retain some of the original appearance and added a larger bottom tank to accomodate a thicker core and an automatic transmission cooler.
We can also repair and pressure test coolant expansion tanks. New tanks are in stock for certain FE Ford engine applications.
Griffin aluminum radiators not only fit good, they look good. Most are built to resemble the OEM radiator in appearance as well as fit. This Griffin fits a 60 to 63 Galaxie. It is also available without a cooler for manual transmission applications.
We can duplicate your radiator while mordernizing it.
Cores that were originally "honeycomb" can be recored with the same style core or changed to another style core. A "veneer" can be put over the face of a V cell core to make it look like a honeycomb core.
Odd shaped headers can be re-used or duplicated if neccessary. The header is the piece between the tubes and the tanks.
After 70 years this core could not be cleaned out. It was recored. This picture shows the importance of proper maintenance on your cars cooling system, no matter how old it may be.
This is Griffins answer to TRICK MAXIMUM COOLING for a 55-57 Chevy. It will cool up to 600 horsepower and includes an A/C condenser to help keep you as cool as your engine. Griffin also makes a downflow radiator for a more conventional installation.
Griffin even has an exact fit radiator for a 409 64 Impala. You can polish it to look like chrome or even paint it black and pass it off as a stock radiator it looks so good. They also build exact fit radiators for GTO's, 442's, Chevelles, Camaros, Mustangs and almost every other car you can think of.
US Radiator manufactures 100% all new radiators made from the highest quality brass & copper material. They offer their radiators in two, three and four row versions in three different tube patterns providing a wide choice in cooling options. Standard style cores have 1/2" tubes on 9/16" centers. High Efficiency cores have 1/2" tubes on 3/8" centers. Optima style cores have 1/2" tubes on 5/16" centers.
Most OEM radiators were manufactured with the standard core pattern. By placing the tubes closer together in the High Efficiency and Optima models, a denser core is created with more tubes, fins and surface area to dissipate greater amounts of heat. If you need a complete new radiator and want to retain the original design and appearance then a U.S. Radiator will fit your classic properly and keep both you and your engine cool. You can e-mail Classic Radiator at email@example.com or call us at 516-293-2175 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST to order your U.S Radiator

Flex-A-Lite is a manufacturer of top quality cooling products. Aluminum radiators, electric cooling fans, belt driven cooling fans & transmission coolers are some of the products sold through Classic Radiator.
Aluminum Radiators with the patented Flex-A-Fit mounting system provide almost endless mounting possibilities. The extruded fin design also provides additional cooling and adds to the "billet" look of your engine compartment.
Electric cooling fans are available in sizes from 7" to 16" diameter and CFM ratings from 340 CFM to 3300 CFM. S-Blade, straight blade, pusher and puller versions give additional variety to choose from. Aluminum shrouds come in many popular sizes to fit most vehicle applications and can be pre-fitted for single or dual fan mounting. You can control these fans with thermostatic adjustable switches with Flex-A-Lites adjustable thermostat or their variable speed controlling thermostatic switch.
Belt driven fans range in size from 14" to 20" diameters. Low profile, flex and race type fan blades can increase the airflow through your radiator. Fan hubs and spacers are available in many sizes and several color choices.
Accessories such as chrome radiator caps and coolant recovery tanks can dress up your engine compartment. Transmission coolers can keep Street Rod or heavy truck transmissions from burning up.
